PADEL TONIC – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Padel Tonic. Our goal is to create a safe, social and enjoyable environment for
everyone using the venue.
By booking, attending or using Padel Tonic facilities, you agree to the following terms and
conditions.
1. BOOKINGS
All court bookings, events and activities are managed through Playtomic.
By making a booking, you also agree to Playtomic’s terms and conditions.
Bookings are subject to availability and may be amended or cancelled where required for
operational, maintenance or safety reasons.
2. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
All bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type, membership or event.
Where a cancellation window applies, bookings cancelled outside of that period may be non-
refundable.
No-shows and late cancellations may still be charged in full.
3. PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Padel and sporting activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks including slips, falls,
collisions and injury.
All players participate entirely at their own risk.
By attending Padel Tonic, you confirm you are physically able to take part in sporting
activity.
If you have any medical concerns, injuries or health conditions, you should seek medical
advice before participating.
4. PLAYER CONDUCT
We expect all players and visitors to behave respectfully towards:

staff
-
coaches
-
players
-
guests
-
the venue itself
Aggressive, abusive, dangerous or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Padel Tonic reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings or remove individuals from the
venue without refund where behaviour is deemed unsafe or unacceptable.
5. COURT RULES
Players must:

wear suitable sportswear
-
wear non-marking footwear
-
use equipment responsibly
-
follow any instructions provided by staff
Players may be held responsible for deliberate or negligent damage caused to courts, fencing,
glass, equipment or facilities.
6. CHILDREN AND JUNIORS
Children under 16 must remain supervised by a responsible adult unless attending an
organised supervised session or coaching activity.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for junior players whilst using the venue.
7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
All personal belongings are brought into the venue at the owner’s risk.
Padel Tonic accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Photography and video content may occasionally be captured within the venue for
promotional, marketing or social media purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify a member of staff.
Players and visitors must respect the privacy of others when taking photographs or videos
inside the venue.
9. CCTV
CCTV operates throughout the venue for safety, security and operational purposes.
10. MEMBERSHIPS
Membership benefits, pricing and booking windows may change over time.
Memberships are non-transferable and may be suspended or cancelled where misuse,
repeated no-shows or abuse of the booking system occurs.
11. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Players must:

follow venue signage

respect safety instructions
-
report accidents or hazards to staff immediately
Players must not use the courts whilst under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
12. LIABILITY
Nothing within these terms limits any rights available under UK consumer law.
Padel Tonic accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage except where caused by proven
negligence.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Padel Tonic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website.
