PADEL TONIC – PARTICIPATION WAIVER

By booking, entering or participating in activities at Padel Tonic, you acknowledge and agree
that:

• Padel and sporting activities involve inherent physical risks including slips, trips,

• falls, collisions and injury.

• You participate entirely at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring you are

• physically fit and capable of taking part.

• If you have any medical concerns, injuries or health conditions, you should seek

• appropriate medical advice before participating.

• You will follow all venue rules, safety guidance and staff instructions whilst using the

• facilities.

• You will wear appropriate sports clothing and non-marking footwear whilst on court.

• You will not participate whilst under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.

• Parents and guardians remain responsible for children using the venue unless

• attending an organised supervised session.

• Padel Tonic accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings

• brought into the venue.

• Padel Tonic reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual behaving in an

• unsafe, abusive or inappropriate manner.

• CCTV operates throughout the venue for safety and security purposes.

• By entering the venue and participating in activities, you acknowledge and accept the

• inherent risks associated with sporting participation.
